Alsi Ki Pinniyan

Our Alsi Pinni is made the way our mothers and grandmothers prepared it when the cold winds arrived—slowly roasted, carefully mixed, and shaped with warm hands and warmer intentions.

Freshly ground alsi (flaxseeds) is gently roasted until it releases its natural, nutty aroma.
Then we blend it with desi ghee, gur, gond, and a handful of crushed mewa—the same ingredients families have trusted for generations for strength and warmth during winter.

Every pinni carries the memory of:
the winter mornings when heaters were switched on before anything else,
The chai tray placed on the table with a few pinnis on the side,
and the soft voice saying, “yeh kha lo, sardi nahi lagegi.”

The delivery time is 3 - 6 working days from the placement of the order. The delivery time may exceed due to unstable circumstances, including the weather and political instability.
